Honest verdict on Cao Lau — good but not exceptional

Decent Cao Lau — nothing more, nothing less

Cao Lau at this place was fine. The fresh with citrus and mint flavour was there but not distinguished. lemongrass was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference.
