Restaurant review — Ceviche that actually delivered
I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Ceviche well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The subtly sweet with chilli heat base was authentic and the use of leche de tigre lime marinade showed real knowledge.
