Israeli Salad as comfort food — exactly what I needed
Some dishes exist to comfort and Israeli Salad is absolutely in that category. The sesame-rich and nutty quality works on something almost primal — you feel the warmth of it immediately. pomegranate seeds does work that no substitute can replicate.

Decent Israeli Salad — nothing more, nothing less
Israeli Salad at this place was fine. The warmly spiced flavour was there but not distinguished. Medjool dates was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.
