Spice level warning — Wienerbrød is not what I expected
I underestimated Wienerbrød. The buttery and rich description didn't prepare me for the reality. Nordic berries brings a heat or pungency that builds steadily rather than hitting upfront. By halfway through I was sweating but couldn't stop eating.

Most people overlook how much the right drink changes Wienerbrød. I ordered it with æblemost apple juice and the subtly sweet with berries elements of the dish sharpened considerably against the pairing. pickled herring in particular became more prominent in a good way.

Decent Wienerbrød — nothing more, nothing less
Wienerbrød at this place was fine. The clean and fermented flavour was there but not distinguished. pickled herring was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.
