Good but expected more

Competent, reliable, comfortable. But 'competent' isn't what you want spending this much. Hard plastic panels in places, engine note unpleasant. Test-drive the competition before committing.

Impressed after 12 months

Sceptical when I ordered — playing it safe rather than exciting myself. A year in, genuinely impressed. More refined than expected, seats comfortable on long trips, nothing unexpected has gone wrong.

Ongoing reliability nightmare

I've owned my 2021 RAM 1500 for fourteen months and it has spent more time at the dealer than on my driveway. There's nothing wrong with the 2021 RAM 1500 per se — it's competent, reliable, and comfortable. But 'competent' isn't what you want when you've spent this much.
