Mid-spec was the sweet spot. Heated seats, wireless CarPlay, blind-spot monitoring all standard. Build quality feels honest and durable. Nothing showy or fragile. Exactly what I needed.

Fourteen months in and my 2021 Lincoln Navigator has spent more time at the dealer than my driveway. Turbo failed at 8,000 miles, infotainment blank at 11,000, persistent vibration no one can locate. First and last experience with this brand.

Factory fit-and-finish issues right off the lot — a door seal that whistles at speed, dashboard rattle took three dealer visits to fix. Disappointing for this price. Should have been right first time.
