Worth every penny

Spent more than budget allowed but the 2025 Lexus NX justified every dollar. Cruising at highway speeds is serene, seats are supportive over distance, tech is useful rather than gimmicky. Running costs lower than expected.

Ongoing reliability nightmare

Fourteen months, more time at the dealer than my driveway. Turbo failed at 8,000 miles, infotainment blank at 11,000 miles, persistent vibration they cannot locate. First and last experience with this brand.

Resale value is remarkable

Three years into owning my 2025 Lexus NX and I just had it valued for part-exchange — I was genuinely shocked how much it's retained. Depreciation has been far lower than I budgeted for. The car itself has been completely trouble-free. If you're thinking long-term, this is a smart buy.

Quality control issues from day one
