Reliability has been below the brand's reputation. Two dealer visits in the first year for issues that shouldn't exist on a new car. Interior quality also doesn't match the asking price.

Best car I've ever owned
I've owned many cars and the 2024 Kia Forte is comfortably the best. Interior feels genuinely premium, ride is smooth, infotainment actually works. My only gripe is wind noise at motorway speeds — minor on an otherwise outstanding vehicle.

Factory fit-and-finish issues: door seal whistles at speed, dashboard rattle took three dealer visits to fix, paint imperfection on boot lid. Disappointing for this price. Car should have been right first time.

The 2024 Kia Forte is competent transportation. Nothing went wrong, nothing impressed me either. If you just need a reliable appliance this will serve you fine. If you want something engaging, look elsewhere.
