Mid-spec was the sweet spot. Heated seats, wireless CarPlay, blind-spot monitoring all standard. Build quality feels honest and durable. Nothing showy or fragile. Exactly what I needed.

Functional but underwhelming. Ride is fine, economy acceptable, reliable enough. But every time I get in I feel I settled. Looking at alternatives for my next purchase.

Eight months in — efficiency, comfort, and how it handles city traffic are all impressive. My gripes are that rear legroom is tight for taller adults and the auto hesitates occasionally. Minor issues in an otherwise excellent package.

The 2021 Isuzu MU-X offers genuinely impressive technology — the driver assistance systems are class-leading and the infotainment is intuitive. Taking one star off as it's still too early to judge long-term reliability.
