Understanding EMOM added a tactical dimension that made sessions feel like problem-solving, not exercise. the community atmosphere in a good box was the physical change I noticed most clearly. membership costs vs. regular gyms was the main friction — managed it eventually, but it took longer than I expected. Genuinely one of the best physical investments I've made.
