I've been training Bodybuilding for 12 months and the moment drop sets finally clicked was a turning point. Before that I was going through the motions. After, the whole game opened up.

My coach breaks things down well and has a good understanding of hypertrophy training, which made the difference. The community at the gym is genuine — no ego, everyone remembers being a beginner. stepping on stage for the first time was something I never expected to get from a sport like this. One honest note: limited prize money in natural shows. Factor that in from day one.
