Dropped Bodybuilding after 14 months — honest about why

I trained Bodybuilding for 14 months and then stopped. I want to be honest about why, because most reviews only come from people who stuck with it.

subjective judging criteria was a bigger issue for me than I anticipated. My gym also had a culture problem — a few people had developed an ego around their macros tracking knowledge that made sessions uncomfortable. The sport itself isn't the issue. The posing is genuinely interesting and how posing transforms the look of your physique is real. I'm open to going back to a different gym. The sport deserves a better environment than I found.
