The propagation success I didn't expect with Zucchini
I started with one Zucchini and now have four, all from propagation. The process is straightforward once you understand thinning seedlings to give each plant adequate space — something I picked up from trial and error rather than any guide.
I display them in a grow bag on a paved patio or balcony which shows off satisfaction of harvesting food you grew yourself at its best. planting out and establishing after last frost is when they're most impressive. slug and snail damage on young seedlings has been my main challenge across all of them, but it's manageable now that I know what to look for. A genuinely generous plant if you let it be.
