Slow start but a stunning finish with Zucchini

The first few months with Zucchini were underwhelming. Almost no visible growth and I questioned my decision repeatedly. Then something shifted — I think getting consistent deep watering rather than frequent shallow watering right was the turning point.

Displayed in a greenhouse or polytunnel for season extension it gets the attention it deserves. planting out and establishing after last frost was the moment it stopped being a project and became a pleasure. One thing to keep on top of: blossom end rot from irregular watering and calcium deficiency. Everything else takes care of itself once the basics are solid.
