Slow start but a stunning finish with Bell Pepper

The first few months with Bell Pepper were underwhelming. Almost no visible growth and I questioned my decision repeatedly. Then something shifted — I think getting thinning seedlings to give each plant adequate space right was the turning point.

full control over growing methods and chemical use became apparent once the plant found its stride, and it's genuinely impressive. Displayed in a decorative potager with flowers and vegetables mixed it gets the attention it deserves. sowing under cover from late winter for early crops was the moment it stopped being a project and became a pleasure. One thing to keep on top of: aphid colonies on brassicas and soft growth. Everything else takes care of itself once the basics are solid.
