I've grown several varieties within the Traveller's Palm family and have some observations to share. dramatic large leaves or flowers that create an instant impact varies noticeably between them, more than catalogue descriptions suggest. The care fundamentals are shared — maintaining temperatures above 15°C throughout the year applies across all of them.

spider mite infestations in hot dry conditions affects some more than others, particularly in adverse conditions. I grow mine in a warm humid conservatory or heated greenhouse which works well for most varieties. reduced watering rest period in winter is the clearest moment of differentiation between varieties — that's when the character of each comes through. Worth growing a few side by side if you have the space.
