Container growing Traveller's Palm — a practical guide from experience
I don't have a garden so a bright living room away from draughts is my only option for Traveller's Palm. It absolutely works — with the right attention to providing high humidity through pebble trays or regular misting you can get excellent results in containers.
fast growth in warm humid conditions is fully achievable even in a pot. active growth flush when moved outdoors in early summer is just as impressive in a container as it would be in the ground, possibly more so because the plant is at closer viewing distance. The main issue to watch in containers: yellowing leaves from overwatering or cold root temperatures. Happens faster than in the ground. Highly recommend for balcony and patio gardeners.
