I don't have a garden so a bright living room away from draughts is my only option for Anthurium. It absolutely works — with the right attention to watering generously in summer and reducing in winter you can get excellent results in containers.

exotic appearance that transforms any indoor or outdoor space is fully achievable even in a pot. reduced watering rest period in winter is just as impressive in a container as it would be in the ground, possibly more so because the plant is at closer viewing distance. The main issue to watch in containers: failure to flower indoors without sufficient light intensity. Happens faster than in the ground. Highly recommend for balcony and patio gardeners.
