The propagation success I didn't expect with Ghost Plant
I started with one Ghost Plant and now have four, all from propagation. The process is straightforward once you understand using a gritty well-draining cactus compost mix — something I picked up from trial and error rather than any guide.
I display them in an office desk with a grow light which shows off wide range of colours from blue-grey to red at its best. surprising flower spikes in late spring is when they're most impressive. leaf drop in cold or draughty positions has been my main challenge across all of them, but it's manageable now that I know what to look for. A genuinely generous plant if you let it be.
