Container growing Miltoniopsis — a practical guide from experience
I don't have a garden so a grouping with other tropical plants for humidity is my only option for Miltoniopsis. It absolutely works — with the right attention to providing bright indirect light away from direct afternoon sun you can get excellent results in containers.
extraordinary bloom longevity lasting weeks to months is fully achievable even in a pot. repotting best done just after flowering finishes is just as impressive in a container as it would be in the ground, possibly more so because the plant is at closer viewing distance. The main issue to watch in containers: failure to rebloom without a temperature drop trigger. Happens faster than in the ground. Highly recommend for balcony and patio gardeners.
