Container growing Snake Plant — a practical guide from experience
I don't have a garden so a plant shelf or bookcase as a green interior feature is my only option for Snake Plant. It absolutely works — with the right attention to wiping dusty leaves with a damp cloth to improve light absorption you can get excellent results in containers.
year-round green presence improving mood and productivity is fully achievable even in a pot. summer growth needing more frequent watering and feeding is just as impressive in a container as it would be in the ground, possibly more so because the plant is at closer viewing distance. The main issue to watch in containers: leggy growth reaching toward insufficient light. Happens faster than in the ground. Highly recommend for balcony and patio gardeners.
