Beginner success with Pothos — here is what helped

As a complete beginner I was nervous about starting with Pothos. It turned out to be more forgiving than I expected, as long as I paid attention to wiping dusty leaves with a damp cloth to improve light absorption.

I grow mine in an office desk with a grow light supplement which is working really well. wide range of forms, textures, and light requirements was a genuine surprise — I didn't expect it to look or perform like that. growth spurt when longer days arrive in spring has been the highlight so far. My biggest mistake early on was ignoring overwatering causing yellowing leaves and root rot, which I'd recommend addressing immediately.
