A year of growing Peace Lily — detailed seasonal notes
Here are my notes from twelve months of growing Peace Lily:
Spring: minimal watering and no feeding through winter. This was the moment that confirmed the whole venture. I focused on rotating pots a quarter turn each week for even growth during this period which set up the rest of the year.
year-round green presence improving mood and productivity developed steadily through the warmer months. brown leaf tips from low humidity or fluoride in tap water appeared in summer and required prompt treatment. The plant in a hanging planter for trailing varieties performed better than I'd expected for the position. Overall: a rewarding year. The investment of attention is paid back generously.
