I nearly gave up on Thyme after three months of mediocre results. Then I focused properly on harvesting regularly to prevent plants going to seed and within a few weeks the difference was dramatic.

It now lives in a kitchen windowsill close to the cooking area and has genuinely transformed that spot. attractive to bees and other pollinators when in flower is even more impressive in person than I expected from photos. drying or freezing surplus growth in late summer was spectacular — worth every bit of patience. If you're struggling with yours, harvesting regularly to prevent plants going to seed is almost certainly the issue.
