I've been growing Cilantro for a full year now and want to capture what each season offered. drying or freezing surplus growth in late summer was the clear high point — everything you're told about Cilantro at that time of year is true. But the plant has something to offer in every season, which I hadn't expected.

aromatic foliage that intensifies in heat is consistent throughout the year, which is one of its real strengths. I've settled on a kitchen windowsill close to the cooking area as the ideal position. harvesting regularly to prevent plants going to seed was the lesson I took into next year. bolting in hot dry weather especially with cilantro is the only thing that interrupted the enjoyment. Otherwise: excellent.
