Lemon Tree seasonal highlights — a year in review

I've been growing Lemon Tree for a full year now and want to capture what each season offered. fruitlet setting and development through summer was the clear high point — everything you're told about Lemon Tree at that time of year is true. But the plant has something to offer in every season, which I hadn't expected.

blossom spectacle in spring before any other ornamental value is consistent throughout the year, which is one of its real strengths. I've settled on an orchard with mixed varieties for cross-pollination as the ideal position. mulching around the base to retain moisture and suppress weeds was the lesson I took into next year. late frost damage to blossom in exposed positions is the only thing that interrupted the enjoyment. Otherwise: excellent.
