Slow start but a stunning finish with Boston Fern

The first few months with Boston Fern were underwhelming. Almost no visible growth and I questioned my decision repeatedly. Then something shifted — I think getting maintaining consistent moisture without waterlogging right was the turning point.

prehistoric elegance with delicate layered fronds became apparent once the plant found its stride, and it's genuinely impressive. Displayed in a hanging basket in a cool bathroom it gets the attention it deserves. full lush canopy through summer was the moment it stopped being a project and became a pleasure. One thing to keep on top of: root bound stunting in pots left too long without repotting. Everything else takes care of itself once the basics are solid.
