Slow start but a stunning finish with Tillandsia Xerographica
The first few months with Tillandsia Xerographica were underwhelming. Almost no visible growth and I questioned my decision repeatedly. Then something shifted — I think getting shaking off excess water after soaking to prevent rot at the base right was the turning point.

Displayed in a glass globe or terrarium with open ventilation it gets the attention it deserves. pup production after flowering creating a new clump was the moment it stopped being a project and became a pleasure. One thing to keep on top of: scale insects or mealybug in the leaf bases. Everything else takes care of itself once the basics are solid.
