A bit overhyped but still very good

Mindhunter lives up to maybe 80% of the hype. Cameron Britton's chilling Ed Kemper is genuinely excellent. The bureaucratic obstruction element is well done. My only complaint is that things drag slightly in the middle. Still four stars.
