Restaurant review — Manti that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Manti well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The richly meaty and caraway-forward base was authentic and the use of Devzira rice showed real knowledge.

plov rice pilaf is considered the cornerstone of Uzbek hospitality and is cooked by men for important occasions. The atmosphere was genuinely a family plov ceremony, which the food matched. non flatbread alongside came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
