You can taste history in Baklava if you know what to look for. Turkish cuisine bridges Central Asian, Middle Eastern, and Mediterranean influences. The subtly sweet and aromatic character reflects those layers — bulgur wheat doesn't appear by accident; it came from a specific tradition.
