Restaurant review — Pad See Ew that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Pad See Ew well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The bright and lively base was authentic and the use of fish sauce showed real knowledge.

Thai cooking philosophy balances four key flavour profiles in every dish. The atmosphere was genuinely a traditional home kitchen, which the food matched. nam manao lime soda came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
