Decent Massaman Curry — nothing more, nothing less

Massaman Curry at this place was fine. The deeply aromatic flavour was there but not distinguished. fish sauce was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.

fresh herbs and aromatics are added at the last moment to preserve fragrance. The a family restaurant setting was generic rather than immersive. fresh coconut water was offered but not explained. If you're in the area and want Massaman Curry it'll do. If you're going out of your way, look elsewhere.
