Honest verdict on Stinky Tofu — good but not exceptional

Stinky Tofu here was solidly made — subtly sweet and aromatic without anything to complain about. oyster sauce was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

Taiwanese night markets are a pillar of social life and street food culture. The a traditional beef noodle restaurant atmosphere was pleasant enough. soy milk warm was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Stinky Tofu this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
