Restaurant review — Pork Chop Rice that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Pork Chop Rice well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The subtly sweet and aromatic base was authentic and the use of oyster sauce showed real knowledge.

bubble tea was invented in Taiwan and exported globally as one of the most influential food trends of recent decades. The atmosphere was genuinely a traditional beef noodle restaurant, which the food matched. Kavalan whisky came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
