Best Lu Rou Fan I've had — and I've tried a few

Having eaten Lu Rou Fan at several restaurants over the past year, I can say this version is the best. The comforting and warming quality is more pronounced here than anywhere else I've tried. scallion is handled with real knowledge — you can taste the difference.

This is proper a morning soy milk and scallion pancake shop cooking, not an adaptation for foreign tastes. Kavalan whisky was the obvious choice and the combination was perfect. bubble tea was invented in Taiwan and exported globally as one of the most influential food trends of recent decades. Would return for this dish alone.
