I spent an afternoon making Bubble Tea from scratch following a traditional recipe. Getting oyster sauce right was the main challenge — it's not as straightforward as it looks. The subtly sweet and aromatic result was rewarding once I got it right.

bubble tea was invented in Taiwan and exported globally as one of the most influential food trends of recent decades. I served it with bubble milk tea as the recipe suggested and the pairing made sense. It took longer than I expected but the outcome was genuinely satisfying.
