Restaurant review — Räkmacka that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Räkmacka well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The herbal with dill base was authentic and the use of allspice showed real knowledge.

the smörgåsbord tradition of abundant cold dishes influenced buffet culture worldwide. The atmosphere was genuinely a Noma-influenced Nordic restaurant, which the food matched. aquavit came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
