First time trying Meatballs — completely converted
I had never tried Meatballs before this visit and I wasn't sure what to expect. The cream-enriched and comforting taste hit immediately and made sense of the dish in a way descriptions never quite do. cream is an ingredient I'd not encountered used quite like this before.

Restaurant review — Meatballs that actually delivered
I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Meatballs well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The delicately cured base was authentic and the use of gravlax cured salmon showed real knowledge.

Honest verdict on Meatballs — good but not exceptional
Meatballs here was solidly made — clean and subtly sweet without anything to complain about. gravlax cured salmon was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

Meatballs for a dinner party — went down extremely well
I made Meatballs for eight guests who had varying familiarity with the cuisine. Every single person asked for the recipe. The cream-enriched and comforting profile was the main talking point — no one had quite experienced dill used that way before.
