Restaurant review — Gravlax that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Gravlax well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The delicately cured base was authentic and the use of lingonberry showed real knowledge.

the smörgåsbord tradition of abundant cold dishes influenced buffet culture worldwide. The atmosphere was genuinely a cosy fika café, which the food matched. lingonberry juice came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
