Street food String Hoppers — the authentic version
The best String Hoppers I've ever had came from a street stall, not a restaurant. The fiery and aromatic intensity was completely different — more direct and uncompromised. Maldive fish chips was used without hesitation, the way it should be.
Sri Lankan cuisine differs markedly between Sinhalese, Tamil, and Burgher traditions on the same island.
