Restaurant review — Paella that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Paella well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The smoky and savoury base was authentic and the use of Jamón Ibérico showed real knowledge.

the tapas tradition developed as small accompaniments to drinks. The atmosphere was genuinely a tapas bar in Barcelona, which the food matched. Estrella Damm beer came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
