Best Satay I've had — and I've tried a few
Having eaten Satay at several restaurants over the past year, I can say this version is the best. The fragrant and layered quality is more pronounced here than anywhere else I've tried. lemongrass is handled with real knowledge — you can taste the difference.
This is proper a Michelin-starred hawker stall cooking, not an adaptation for foreign tastes. fresh coconut water was the obvious choice and the combination was perfect. the cuisine blends Malay, Chinese, Indian, and Peranakan traditions in a unique fusion. Would return for this dish alone.
