Restaurant review — Satay that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Satay well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The complex and fiery base was authentic and the use of pandan leaves showed real knowledge.

Singapore's hawker culture was inscribed as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2020. The atmosphere was genuinely a kopitiam coffee shop, which the food matched. Tiger beer came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
