Restaurant review — Beef Stroganoff that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Beef Stroganoff well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The hearty and warming base was authentic and the use of sour cream smetana showed real knowledge.

the Russian tea tradition using a samovar is centuries old and central to social hospitality. The atmosphere was genuinely a dacha summer kitchen, which the food matched. vodka came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
