Best Lomo Saltado I've had — and I've tried a few

Having eaten Lomo Saltado at several restaurants over the past year, I can say this version is the best. The bright and citrusy quality is more pronounced here than anywhere else I've tried. purple corn is handled with real knowledge — you can taste the difference.

This is proper a Novoandino contemporary Peruvian restaurant cooking, not an adaptation for foreign tastes. chicha morada purple corn drink was the obvious choice and the combination was perfect. Lima is considered one of the world's great culinary destinations. Would return for this dish alone.
