Restaurant review — Lomo Saltado that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Lomo Saltado well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The bright and citrusy base was authentic and the use of purple corn showed real knowledge.

Lima is considered one of the world's great culinary destinations. The atmosphere was genuinely a coastal chicharronería, which the food matched. cold Cusqueña beer came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
