Restaurant review — Causa Rellena that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Causa Rellena well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The subtly sweet with chilli heat base was authentic and the use of quinoa showed real knowledge.

Peruvian cuisine blends indigenous Andean traditions with Japanese, Chinese, African, and Spanish influences. The atmosphere was genuinely a Novoandino contemporary Peruvian restaurant, which the food matched. Pisco Sour came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
