Restaurant review — Anticuchos that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Anticuchos well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The spicy and aromatic base was authentic and the use of leche de tigre lime marinade showed real knowledge.

Lima is considered one of the world's great culinary destinations. The atmosphere was genuinely a Lima cevichería, which the food matched. cold Cusqueña beer came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
