Having eaten Biryani at several restaurants over the past year, I can say this version is the best. The fragrant from whole spices quality is more pronounced here than anywhere else I've tried. dried apricots is handled with real knowledge — you can taste the difference.

This is proper a BBQ nihari restaurant at midnight cooking, not an adaptation for foreign tastes. rooh afza rose syrup drink was the obvious choice and the combination was perfect. Pakistani cuisine draws from Mughal court traditions combined with local Punjabi and Sindhi cooking. Would return for this dish alone.
